There will be bone marrow drives on a weekly basis in different locations. Please check with us daily as we update and give the latest information on the drives/campaigns being held.
In addition, if you have a location, like a church, school, hospital or a workplace with many employees that are willing to hold a drive/campaign, please let us know. The more people we reach, the better the chance for Matthew and other patients have of finding a match.

LIGHT OF HOPE FOR OUR LITTLE CHEF
Join us and the Be the Match Foundation in finding Matthew a compatible donor. Unfortunately he has no compatibility with his family or the 12 million registered in the in the US. Patients are most likely to match someone who shares their ancestry. We urgently need people from the Hispanic/Latino community, but anyone can join as a potential donor. With a simple cheek swab we can determine if you are the match. You can attend a drive or go online to Bethematch.org/littlechef and register.

Matthew is 3 years old battling Leukemia. He needs a bone marrow transplant. We are actively looking for a compatible bone marrow donor to save his life.
Matthew is a cheerful and inquisitive 3 year old who loves to play chef and is happiest when he is pretending to cook for his parents and older brother. Our Little Chef has been battling Leukemia, a blood cancer, since the age of 6 months. At his young age he has endured countless of agonizing treatments that most of us could not even imagine. After being in remission for 8 months and on a full path to recovery, he relapsed. While going through chemotherapy at the moment, he is in dire need of a bone marrow transplant and no match has been found yet. Finding a bone marrow donor for the transplant is his only chance at survival.
